I haven’t used them yet but I love it! I opened it up and just by looking I k ow it will be more than enough room for my clothes..and then some!

I am very disappointed that I bought the bag under a buy one get three free and when I received my order I received two bags. The special gift was one strap for two bags and there doesn't seem to be anywhere I can utilize a cart to roll the bag as advertised. The bags seem to be as advertised but buy one get three free was a let down.
It's a good quality bag. I just decided to get a different bag and tried to cancel the shipment immediately but no one responded for several days and when I got a response it was too late. It had already shipped. Whoever I spoke to at that time said I could return the bag and get a refund I just had to wait until I received the shipment. I've been trying to get a response since then.
I purchased a bag before extra was Actually, I would buy one get through three for free or whatever. I never got my bags that’s a scam. Don’t buy a bags. I had to call my bank and get my money back. That’s not the original website.

I haven't tried it but I will be going out of town next weekend and I will give it a try but it's not what I ordered. I was supposed to have wheels and it didn't or the attachment so I could easily carry or pull. However your AI made everything look great but the actual product doesn't at all look as if it will stand the test.
So far I love it it's beautiful very sturdy very classy bag I can't wait to take it on my trip and use it I think it's going to be amazing

Looks cheap
I used the bag for a weekend trip and it was nice but wished I had purchased with wheels.
I had the idea that it came with a roller… it didn’t and it was HEAVY. I’ll have to think of another way to carry it. I’m wondering if I put my clothes in compressed bags if that would make it lighter?
Love the bags, just one of them didn't have a zipper to close end. But will find someone to fix it. Gave the other to college grandchild and was thrilled to use it back and forth from college.
I got two bags one for each of my sisters. They love it.
