I received the bags about two weeks ago and I have taken it on my first trip. In the middle of the trip, the zipper has broken and now I had to go buy a suitcase to be able to get home.. I’m hoping the product comes with the money back guarantee because I am unsatisfied unfortunately. I also did not receive the third bag. Which, after seeing the quality it’s really no loss at all, but it’s not the deal that was proposed.
I had a promotion buy 1 and get 3 free but only received 2 bags. I have emailed the company and no response.
I haven’t used them yet but I love it! I opened it up and just by looking I k ow it will be more than enough room for my clothes..and then some!
It all looks very nice and great quality.
I will admit I was disappointed when I received the bags because there was no cart involved with one of them. I thought that I would get the roller cart to go with at least one bag oh well, lesson learned.
Did not get my complete order. It's taken me WEEKS to hear anything back from "customer service" on making this right. I was supposed to receive 4 bags and only got 2. Will NEVER buy from this company again.
I canceled order within the 6 hour rule and, they still processed, billed and sent the product. Now fighting to get my money returned.
You can respond when a complaint comes to you the material was not what expected very thin and wasn’t the size I expected has returned the item it me multiple time to get any response from your company the same day I received wi was looking for A return address it a week before you sent me a refund address very disappointing customer service

My order was not complete and one bag came with a broken zipper. How can I get my order corrected? Replace the missing bag and replace the one with the broken zipper?
I only got 2 bags not the 4. Sent a message and never got a response. Advertised 3 free and only got 1. The bags are nice just wish I had gotten what I thought I ordered
I found the advertisement for this misleading. So my surprise when it arrived. I knew it had to be too good to be true. Totally my mistake. By the way only got two of the three free gifts. Now have 2 bags and needed 4. Live and learn

Never received. I have tried and tried to get your company to help. I ordered two. And you shipped them but they never got here. You nor the carrier will help me. I have a trip coming up that I ordered them for. Either you will get me my bags or my refund within the next two days or I am contact my lawyer and I will blast you all over social media. I am very disappointed that I bought the bag under a buy one get three free and when I received my order I received two bags. The special gift was one strap for two bags and there doesn't seem to be anywhere I can utilize a cart to roll the bag as advertised. The bags seem to be as advertised but buy one get three free was a let down.
It's a good quality bag. I just decided to get a different bag and tried to cancel the shipment immediately but no one responded for several days and when I got a response it was too late. It had already shipped. Whoever I spoke to at that time said I could return the bag and get a refund I just had to wait until I received the shipment. I've been trying to get a response since then.
I purchased a bag before extra was Actually, I would buy one get through three for free or whatever. I never got my bags that’s a scam. Don’t buy a bags. I had to call my bank and get my money back. That’s not the original website.

Gave them to my daughter for her family’s use. I will talk to her about what she thinks. To my knowledge she hasn’t used them yet.
I haven't tried it but I will be going out of town next weekend and I will give it a try but it's not what I ordered. I was supposed to have wheels and it didn't or the attachment so I could easily carry or pull. However your AI made everything look great but the actual product doesn't at all look as if it will stand the test.
So far I love it it's beautiful very sturdy very classy bag I can't wait to take it on my trip and use it I think it's going to be amazing

I had already sent an email requesting a return address. This was ordered by mistake by a family member. Please provide a return address, or I can send back to the address on the original packaging. Please also refund my entire purchase price. I need to know the method of payment so I can ensure the person doesn’t have access to it again. Thank you,
