Got the bag for my grandma for her birthday in June for a trip she had planned for July when she went to open it and put the bag together, the bag would not zip and she realized it was broken. I emailed them about this issue and they keep saying the bag is “used” and that we said something after the 14 days even though it was not opened until recently and had never been used before and that they can not do anything about it even though I received the bag damaged. It’s a cheap quality bag for the amount of money they charge for it and the lack of ways to contact them and get through to them is also not good as there is no phone number to actually talk to someone about the issue, just an automated email. I would steer clear of this scammer company and their low quality products!!!

I’m trying to pack for a weeks trip….. so far I haven’t been able to pack 6 tops, a lightweight jacket and three pairs of slacks. I have not been able to find good instruction on how to make this work. I know you show ads but that doesn’t show how it’s done. After measuring the bag I will not be able to pack the sides pockets and would have to remove the wheels to get thru boarding.

Use real leather an heavy duty zippers. The zipper broke on me a couple of time but I was able to fix it. I want to send it back an get a refund. Thanks

It was a gift for my daughter-in-law, she loved it as well as myself. Very well made, looks great with plenty of room for everything. She is looking forward to using it on an up coming trip.

I will say the customer service is ok. It takes a while but they have been in contact. I will be getting a new bag or credit back on my credit card. The zipper was broken and I ordered and paid for the glider bag but did not receive the glider bag. I sent pictures and videos two times. Thank you.
