I went on a week, long trip to Greece and packed most of my essentials in a large bag but brought the weekend bag for a 1 day trip to an island. I was able to fit everything I needed in the weekend bag. It was great to be able to have hanging dresses in the hanging section of the bag. The buttons that held the bag together kept coming undone but I did not have any issues with it falling apart or coming unzipped. Great,inexpensive weekend bag.

This luggage is everything you need. It’s lightweight but with heavy duty materials for a carry-on or to pack for over a week with.
the included pump was no good - too slow. I used my vacuum cleaner and it did shrink (but not as much as I hoped). 24 hours later the bag has reinflated and therefore not at all useful.
I did not receive the Secret bag that’s why you got a blank photo. This is the second time I am now reporting this issue.
The product is sewn very badly. I'm afraid to even use it because I don't want it to fall apart when I'm on my trip. I sent a picture directly to you guys and nobody responded. My husband's back the tab on the main zipper broke on the first use. Before we even left on our trip. We're having to get out our regular luggage because we don't trust these bags the way they're sewn.
Is this the secret gift? It will be nice for shoes. All and all the 2 bags are nice. Thought i was getting buy 1 get 3. Disappointed. And i needed to order 2 rollers as i don't want to be carrying my bag. I will be using 1 bag this weekend for my 60 th class reunion. I'm sorry but I cannot recommend the men's bag AT ALL. First, after 2 weeks of use, the part where the strap attaches to the bag ripped off (first two pictures). I contacted Luux support and their response was basically, "Not our problem if the damage occurred after delivery". But uhh should your bags be breaking after 2 weeks of use? So whatever, we got it repaired at a local bag repair shop, and shoved it in the wardrobe for few months, not using it at all. Then recently we went on an overseas trip so took the bag out and... Well the zipper broke. You know that thing the zippers do when they might *look* like they are zipped up but then they split open from mid-way or something? Yeah we've been having to deal with that the entire overseas trip. Absolutely stressful. This men's bag is going into bin. What a waste of hundreds of dollars. It's a pity, I don't have a problem with the Luux bag original I bought at the same time (and it had way more use than the men's one) so clearly they sent a faulty product and washed their hands clean of it. I'm sure the bags are fine 99% of the times, but should you ever get that one bad one with faulty zipper or bad stitchings that aren't obvious from the get-go, then don't expect any support.
Ths bag is impossible to return. I'm very sorry I bought them. I have been emailing customer service. My husband and I decided to return the 2 bags we purchased. The bag is extremely tedious to zip closed. Plus, we fear all the delicate zippers are bound to have problems and the bag handles don't seem very strong. I have not been sent instructions as to how to return. All I was told was I have only 14 days and they only accept unopened, unused bags plus I am responsible for return charges 100%. So how does a customer know if they like the bag unless they try packing it at least once? I've asked for a return address but the company has not responded. The website offers no help in returning yet says there's a 14 day satisfaction period. The address on the package is cut off at the top and so small I can't read it to use it to return. My husband and I are very unhappy that we bought these. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LUUXE LUGGAGE.
I received the bags about two weeks ago and I have taken it on my first trip. In the middle of the trip, the zipper has broken and now I had to go buy a suitcase to be able to get home.. I’m hoping the product comes with the money back guarantee because I am unsatisfied unfortunately. I also did not receive the third bag. Which, after seeing the quality it’s really no loss at all, but it’s not the deal that was proposed.

Got the bag for my grandma for her birthday in June for a trip she had planned for July when she went to open it and put the bag together, the bag would not zip and she realized it was broken. I emailed them about this issue and they keep saying the bag is “used” and that we said something after the 14 days even though it was not opened until recently and had never been used before and that they can not do anything about it even though I received the bag damaged. It’s a cheap quality bag for the amount of money they charge for it and the lack of ways to contact them and get through to them is also not good as there is no phone number to actually talk to someone about the issue, just an automated email. I would steer clear of this scammer company and their low quality products!!!

The material isn't quite as it seems in the image, and my white bag had some unremovable small spot on it, but I'm still happy with the purchase. My main concern is zipper quality, I do not foresee the zippers withstanding the the roughness a piece of luggage is generally subjected to. Also, keep in mind the final weight once it is packed. Yes, I could fit an amazing amount of clothing in the bag, however I would not want to lug it through an airport or cruise terminal. I wouldn't advise stuffing to maximim capacity even if using as a carry on. Maybe consider the ones with wheels ;)

Me encanta lo grande que es. Se puede mantener todo en orden, especialmente porque es espacioso cuando se cierra. Me encanta que puedo llevar mi ropa sin tener que estar doblandola tanto. En mi caso el planchar la prenda luego de estar en el bolso fue minima. Es de muy buen material y no tenÃÂa muchas expectativas sobre eso. Pero se ve muy bonito. Y me parece lo más cómodo que se pueda plegar para guardarlo en la maleta de mano cuando ya no lo uso.
