At Luux Bags, we design products to make travel easier, more organized, and more enjoyable. We stand behind the quality of every bag and aim to make things right if something goes wrong.

Change of Mind

We understand that plans can change.

While we are unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, we’re happy to offer a store credit so you can choose something that better suits your needs.


Conditions:

  • Request must be made within 14 days from the date you order
  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Once received and inspected, we will issue a store credit for the product value (excluding shipping costs).

 

Damaged or Defective Products

If your bag arrives damaged or defective, we’ll take care of it quickly.


How to report:

  • Email support@luuxbags.com within 14 days
  • Include clear photo or video evidence

 

Resolution:

  • We will prioritize sending you a free replacement at no cost
  • If you prefer not to receive a replacement, we can offer:
    • refund, minus a $20 restocking fee
    • Any shipping fees paid are non-refundable

 

Our goal is to make this process as smooth as possible and ensure you receive a product you love.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timeframe: 5–10 business days

While most orders arrive within this window, occasional delays may happen due to factors outside our control (such as carrier delays).

For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for orders that arrive within 10 business days of the estimated delivery timeframe.

 

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled

 

If you no longer want your order after it has shipped:

  • You may return it following our change-of-mind policy
  • A $20 restocking fee will apply if a refund is requested instead of store credit

 

Return Conditions

For any approved return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or promotional items with discounts over 20%

 

Refund & Credit Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome
  • Store credits and refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
